What is Natalina’s role?
Natalina is our Company Director and works closely with our clients. She is heavily involved in day-to-day operations, contacting tenants to arrange booking of all surveys for works and monitoring progress.
She is also our Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) and is the first point of call for tenants if they have any questions or queries.
Prior to working in the business, Natalina was a hairdresser and has bags of experience when it comes to building great client relationships.
How does Natalina spend her free time?
Natalina is kept very busy with her four children and whilst not running after them she has an interest in renovating houses and takes great interest and enjoyment in designing homes.
