The client
Bell Group is one of the largest property services contractors in the UK, both in terms of their geographical coverage and directly employed workforce. They offer the full spectrum of property services across 40 branches.
The project
Bell Group was carrying out a cyclical decoration contract and planned maintenance programme. They had previously struggled on these contracts when using sub-contractors that can only carry out one element of the works i.e. decorating, and contacted our team to explore ways in which we could provide a more complete solution and set of workstreams to deliver what was required.
Our solution
Our team delivered a complete package of works using our in-house team including paint repairs, solar cleaning, chemical soft washing to prefinished render, gutter clearance, and decorations for several properties. We also worked closely with the on-site team to capture any additional repairs needed throughout the project and delivered additional work as required, which resulted in the all works being carried out swiftly and efficiently.
The results and outcomes
By providing a more complete solution across all works required, this helped to cut down delivery times substantially for our client resulting in better feedback.
